how to delete all macros from the internal memory of my Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition

I bought this keyboard less than a day ago and now I'm having problems with macros (I don't even have the macro extension installed in Synapse 3) because I'm "curious" and now in Team Fortress 2 when I use the multimedia keys "FN+F#" they are linked to certain binds I have in the game, for example if I use FN+F6 "pause music" it opens the Taunt menu "which is Binded to G", and if I press FN+F1 "Mute" my character moves to the right; the weird thing is that when I'm in other games like Destiny 2 those Binds don't make any effect (as if the keyboard knows that those "macros" are exclusively from Team Fortress 2); I tried installing the Macros extension in Synapse and nothing appeared at all. at least there is a way to factory reset the keyboard without using Synapse (which I also tried doing that and nothing). it would be nice if there was a fix for that. if there's no way to fix that, I'll have to Alt+Tab so it won't have any effect on the game xd
