I bought the laptop 2 years ago, it is out of warranty but it got broken. How can I fix it now

It doesnt turn on anymore. I cant find how to submit request for non warranty support
+1Power adapter is OK? You can try measure voltage if it’s OK (or not).
If power adapter is functional, then I’d disassemble bottom lid and unplug/remove the battery.
You just submit a new case: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support and describe, that you want out of warranty support. But I’d check the 2 mentioned things before contacting.

I did and everything is ok.
When i submit case there it asks for serial number and after I put it i get this
And no other options...
