My new Razer mouse shows delivered, but it was never received. I contacted online support and its been 4 days with no response. Is there a phone number I can call to get help.

i doubt you will get anything unless you have an actual recite from the store if you buy only you might be like me and have to spend your own money to replace it since they refuse the only thing that best buy gives you for proof of purchase .i wish you luck man but call the number for customer service (as they call it) but i have yet to be served accept served up a dish of crap
