How to verify if product is original | Razer Insider

I just bought a Razer Deathadder essential but when I connect it to my computer It doesn’t appears inside Razer Synapse software, I tried to register the product here but It says that the product is already registed, the seller says It is original but I’m not sure anymore, how can I know?
