Hi, I've bought a Razer Huntsman Elite in May 2020. A few months ago I noticed that my Play/Pause media key stopped working and whatever media I was playing kept stopping and playing. Reinstalling Synapse 3 resolved the issue until today. Now it happened again and I tried everything what I found during two hours of Googling. Unfortunately the warranty is over and I cannot directly reach out to support. Since everything I tried is software-related, the only thing remains is a hardware issue. I am insterested in anything, even in getting replacement parts. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!

Did you've tried your keyboard without Synapse (right click on Razer Central icon in tray and exit all apps) or other PC (without Synapse)?
