I've noticed that my Hunstman keyboard "/" key is the wrong colour. After some testing, I figured out that the blue channel is dim and flickering rapidly.



When the all the keys are set to white, that key is pale yellow. When they are all red or all green or all yellow, there is no difference. When they are all set to cyan, that key is noticeably more green. When they are set to magenta, it appears orange. When they are all set to blue, it is just barely dimmer/flickering.



I have tried a firmware update and I have ensured Synapse is up to date. The colour is off on that key even when synapse isn't running, so it doesn't seem to be a software issue. Does the led need to be replaced? Is that even possible?

This is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty status. Thanks!
