Huntsman V2 chroma not working
Hello everyone
I have had a Razer Huntsman V2 for a couple of months now, and recently I have noticed that the chroma will not work. This only happen when Synapse is open, because if I fully exit is as an app, the chroma starts to work again on the default breathing effect.
When Synapse is open, my Viper Mini chroma works as intended.
Whenever I try to reinstall Synapse it works, but every time I restart it goes on into the same problem.
I went from Windows 10 to Windows 11 but the same issue happens.
So far I do not think that it is a software issue cuz if I turn off Synapse as i said and put onboard profiles they work as normally so idk what's going on. Any help would be appreciated.
+1Chroma is not stored into onboard profile(s), so every time when you fully exit Synapse (right click on the tray icon -> exit synapse / exit all apps) - it'll not work.
Synapse must be running in background to have Chroma synced.
FiszPLThe point is, my chroma is not working unless I close Synapse. I have tried resetting it and reinstalling many times and also using a new razer account but it will only work the first time and no more after a restart (I have noticed it works randomly sometimes)
