I have a DAV3 and I wanted to experience the hyperpolling dongle. I’ve following the instructions from Razer website to install the hyperolling dongle. However Synapse is not reading the dongle and therefore I am unable to use. I can see that windows installed the drivers for the dongle so I know windows sees it but for some reason Synapase is not. My Synapse is updated.
