Have you already tried reinstalling its driver or rebooting your PC? Please PM me the serial number so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate your concern to the relevant team so they can have a closer look at the firmware problem. Thanks!

I got it now. The dongle and synapse update was a bit late. After all of those got updated, everything worked normally.
