Hyperpolling Dongle not working

Hello. I have today recieved the bundle of deathadder V3 Pro and the hyperpolling dongle. I am having issues trying to connect the dongle to the synapse app, and to the deathadder v3 pro. Anyone who can assist me? I've tried every toturial, every video. Nothing works. Synapse is up to date. I tried installing the firmware software, but for some reason it doesn't recognize that my device is connected to my PC. Please help.
