Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle stops working after a while

Hello, I've recently purchased the hyperpolling wireless dongle to pair up with my deathadder v3 pro. It pairs up normally, everything works great (I tried out the 4k Hz option) up until it doesn't. After 5 or so minutes my mouse stops working. The dongle is still connected and shown on synapse, even the LED light on the dongle is on as if nothing happened, but I can't move my mouse. I tried it on my PC which has windows 10 on and on my new laptop which has windows 11. I've also tried using another cable which didn't seem to fix the issue. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas of what I can try to do? Thanks.

Hi, it’s been a while and I still haven’t found a solution (new update did not fix it). I figured out that the issue is the mouse getting unpaired from the hyperpolling dongle. I checked that by using touchpad once my mouse stops working, went into synapse, hyperpolling dongle, and pairing options. It showed that I still haven’t paired anything nor did it find the mouse when I try to pair it. Restarting the computer fixes the issue, it automatically pairs the mouse, but then it just stops working, sometimes after a couple minutes, sometimes after a couple seconds.

I’ve been using the original dongle that came with the mouse ever since I bought it and I had zero issues whatsoever, so I assume that the dongle I purchased is just broken?

Hi, i have same issue but with original dongle that came with mouse. I assume that is si some problem with system or sth. Also in my case unpluging dongle, waiting few sec and pluging it again works. It looks like dongle rests and connects my mouse again.

Definitely could be issues with hardware considering that you tested on two computers. If it is the dongle malfunctioning, contact Razer Support. They should be able to replace the device with a new one assuming that you have warranty coverage. It should be the dongle, but keep in mind that it could be a problem with the mouse instead (or both).
