I can not find my order

Hello. I recently purchased the "Razer Naga Left Handed Edition" from the official Razer store. After the purchase, I saw the "ORDER CONFIRMATION" page and thought the order had been successful. However, today, when I checked my account, I couldn't find any order history. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, it appears that the payment was processed. My ORDER NUMBER is 2193439244439. Strangely, when I try to look it up using the ORDER NUMBER, it says my password is incorrect. I'd like to know if my order is progressing correctly and why there's no order history in my account. Additionally, I would like to track order 2193439244439. Please assist me!
