I CANNOT USE THE BIGO LIVE PIN I PURCHASED.
WHEN MAKING A RECHARGE IN BIGO LIVE, I SELECT THE RAZER GOLD PIN SECTION. IT REQUESTS THE SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN. BUT NEITHER THE COMPLETE SERIAL NUMBER IS WRITTEN NOR THE PIN IS ENTERED. THE CHARACTERS OF BOTH DO NOT FIT IN THE SPACE LEFT, THAT'S WHY IT GIVES AN ERROR.
