I can't install razer synapse

As simple as the title says. After formatting my pc I wanted to install again razer synapse, but the installer won't even load(this is a first installation after formatting my pc). I tried disabling my firewall, antivirus, I tried installing it without my razer mouse connected to the pc. I did everything I had in mind, but I only get one result. I try to run the installer, nothing happens and in the same folder as the installer another icon appear: "RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.11.0.379.err". My OS is W10 pro and if it can help, my keyboard is from Corsair and I have the icu software installed. Help? Thank you a lot in advance for whoever will manage to find a solution. P.S. : my mouse is a deathadder v2 and the firmware is updated.

    Hi FuryWho, Before installing the Synapse app, did you try running a Windows OS update? Try running the installer as admin for further isolation.
