I cannot pay for my RMA
I am trying to pay for my RMA & am only getting a quick popup that closes before I can interact with it. Checking Chrome's console log I see a 403 when hitting Paypal's APIs. I'd really like to pay for my RMA so that there isn't any delay in getting my laptop back.
