I cant get activation code for a headset

I have Razer Blackshark v2 X . i use my serial number on website but i cant see my activation code.Where can i find this ? Please Help me.

    Check email, i had problem too, becouse razer sent me lots of emails and it took time to find the right one:)

    As Bober231 mentioned, you need to check the code registered email’s inbox and spam/junk folder. By the way, do you own the BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-0324) or BlackShark V2 X USB (RZ04-04570)? Only the USB version will receive the code after the product registration while the latter needs a code through a scratch card. Otherwise, please visit our 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Support site.
