"i" & "\" key no longer works

I’m using Blade 15’’ laptop for years, but suddenly the “i” key and “\” key no longer work. I tried update the keyboard driver, checked there are no debris under the keys, and the LED ighting works fine, but those two keys just don’t response. What else can I do?
