I lost my activation code

I recently bought some Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones through "Mercado Libre México", it came with a card with a 7.1 surround sound code, but I wasn't able to reveal the code with my fingernail or something, so I figured I had to scratch , I scratched with a coin but apparently I accidentally erased the code too, is there a way to get another code?
