I wasn’t able to top up my razer golds to league of legends because of 2FAS Authenticator app, because I no longer have an access to my old phone that has my backup codes and everything. Please help.

I lost my mobile phone / authenticator app and am unable to receive OTPs.
I want to change the phone number linked to my Razer ID, but I can't do it because it requires my old number, which I no longer have. How can I update the number on my Razer ID without using the old one?
