Hi,
I threw away the box and apparently the slip attached to the cable which had my son's Blackshark V2 X S/N.
I also almost ruined his headphones by thinking it was a different model and nearly tearing the ear cushion off.
Could anyone help me or get a link to the chat with the support? I keep trying and getting back to the same page with videos, not reaching the support team chat
