My razer cortex software wont launch, everything else works fine.

I uninstalled and it didnt work, now i dont know what to do as razer cortex helps a lot in games.

Before we start could you provide us with more details？

  1. Did Razer Cortex main UI open when you launch Razer Cortex?
  2. When you right-click on the Razer Central icon at the taskbar and click “Razer Central”, was the Razer Central window showed up?
  3. Could you provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via PM.
