I have been a longtime customer/supporter of Razer Mice and products for at least a decade. Initially, razer mice were of good quality and would last 4-5 years. Over time, this quality has diminished and what used to be 4-5 year life expectancy, has turned into 2-3 years, and now under 12 months....



I have never leveraged Razer support before, but when I tried to create a ticket today, since my product is less than 12 months old, I'm faced with a wonderful notice that my product is out of limited warranty and I will have to pay a fee for repair support.



I think its time to make the switch to Logitech or Roccat.



Good luck gamers, I hope you have better luck than I have. But if you don't, you won't get lengthy warranty support.
All Razer mice have 2 years of limited support.
