Woah! You got one of our legacy headsets right there. That’s odd. Have you isolated the issue by connecting the headset to another USB port or computer? Please try downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool to remove all Razer-related files by clicking this link: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your computer and reinstall the Razer Synapse 2.0. Let me know how it went.
