[INDENT]I received the keyboard today, but the Esc and function keys are not working. Other keys work well, but they're the only ones that don't work. I tried reinstalling synapse, checking window updates, changing the connection location, and even resetting the keyboard, but only the number lock key was fixed and the others still don't work.
