Important and urgent!!!!!!! Dear support team, please help me


I bought a kraken x lite headset and tried to activate the code but accidentally deleted some characters and now I can't activate it.
I was really surprised. I have always heard about the quality of Razer products and this is my first time buying a Razer product, but the activation code was so easily messed up! If you can tell me the solution I really need its 7.1 sound and that was my only reason for choosing this headphone
