My Black Widow works from the LED's but it doesn't write just any way but you can tell me how it works

+1You mean, that keyboard LED are working, but the keys not (not typing)?
If yes, then plug keyboard to other USB port (preferred USB 3.0 or above directly to motherboard, avoid any USB hubs and cable extenders). Or try it on other PC that doesn’t have Synapse installed.
