Is it possible to fix this? | Razer Insider

Recently, my Viper V2 Pro mouse has been having an issue. The tracking distance of the mouse has quite literally physically changed, and I have no clue how to fix it or if I should use the warranty. The smart tracking no longer works (I can feel a difference however it's not huge) because now the mouse's LOD has for some reason physically changed to a very low LOD, even lower than what the tool in Razer Synapse provides. Even the slightest dirt will stop the sensor from tracking dead in its track. This obviously is a huge issue. It has changed the feel of the mouse and has made tracking painfully hard 10.0.0.0.1. The mouse is no longer smooth, and it's because the LOD has gotten so low that even the slightest bit of lift off will provide zero input.

I know that something physically has changed inside the mouse. I have 2 options:

1: Bruteforce open the left or right mouse button so I can have a clear view of the sensor and try to connect or put things in place that might have caused this issue

2. Not risk any of this and just warranty it. However it's such a small issue that I believe can be easily fixed that I'd rather go for the first option. The mouse is physically okay. No scratches anywhere on the sensor, the light looks okay, I used a flashlight to see inside the sensor and everything looks normal. Everything is clicking normally.
