Issue with Mouse 5 on Razer Basilisk V3

Having a very weird issue right now, Mouse Button 5 isn’t working correctly.

It seems to work and either catch up on inputs or just hold itself down for a couple seconds after plugging it in and out, and then stops working again

I’ve tried uninstalling synapse, plugging it into every different usb port on my computer & cleaning the button itself but none of it seems to work. This only seems to be a recent problem, perhaps since I updated the mouse’s drivers, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to undo that so I’m at a loss.
