Dear guys
I am using the Razer Kiyo with the serial number PM2109L01707861
Suddenly or maybe when I plugged another Lenovo computer on the Lenovo docking station the camera stopped working. Actually the very first time worked for a couple of minutes and then shut down.
When I run the synapse app I see the camera that is attached to the computer. When I click on the camera app to start, it start for 2 sec or so and then goes down. I get an error message the camera is used by another application. I killed all the apps that might related to the camera but still nothing. Also I did several restarts but nothing . I did the firmware update to the latest but the result nothing.
does any one has an idea about ?
