Issue with right hammer hear ear bud

Recently I bought the old hammer head true wireless earbuds since mt previous pair were experiencing wear and tear. However once my hammer heads arrived I found out that only my left ear bud actually powers on and connects, and that my right ear bud doesn't function at all. I think I've tried everything I could do like unpairing, powering both on and off but nothing seemed to work. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is
