Issues - Blade Stealth Late 2019 does not wake up from sleep/hibernate
Hello Razer peeps!
I just updated the graphics drivers for both the Intel Iris Plus and the GeForce GTX 1650 (Max-Q).
Now I keep having problems with waking up the DISPLAY!
The green LED on the front right slowly blinks, keyboard backlight is on but the display stays black.
Yes, I CAN hold the power button for 5 sec then restarting works fine.
But I might have unsaved work. So that's not a permanently fine solution.
The machine is set to do nothing when lid closes and perform hibernate on power button.
This happened never before in the last 2 1/2 years that I got it :slightly_sad:
I see a very similar post here with no conclusion and this video suggesting to hold power and disable hibernate (srsly?!?!)
Is there more to this?
So it all works when I plug in another display. Its "just" the main display that stays black right after the initial boot logo. Like as soon as it hands over to windows: darkness.
At least this way I can make sure to save my work and restart.
whow. But when without 2nd monitor I just need to close the lid, open it right up again and the display does not wake up
I have the same problem with the same Model!
There seems to be an issue with the GPU or something... in a razer support post for the Razer Blade Pro 17'', they suggest rolling back the GPU Drivers as workaround for a similar problem.
