I recently started using one of my older headsets that I had purchased a few years back. I used to use 7.1 surround sound with the headset for gaming but recently when I tried to login to 7.1 surround sound it asked for an activation code. I tried to register my product but when I did the serial number was “unknown”. I have all of the product information, but I am not able to register for my activation code. The only thing I do not have is the old box that came with the product.
