I charged the mouse to 100% like the user guide recommand but whenever I unplug the USB-C Cable, nothing is happening when I press the power on button. No light, no connexion, nothing.
I also noticed that when I uplug/replug the mouse, Razer synapse is saying my battery is 0% for a couple of seconds.
Is this mouse dead on arrival?
Can Razer explain how this can happen? I see multiple people on reddit having the same issue without any fix for months. Do I need to RMA right away?
After I did a couple of update from the other discussion, my mouse doesn’t even show up in synapse now….
