Kaira Pro crackling sound on Xbox

Hello everybody, hope ur doing fine. I just dont know what to do anymore. I bought Kira Pro for Xbox and the second I opend the box i updated the new firmware on them. After a while I noticed the crackling and disotorted sound when I play, it last for about 30 sec to 1 minute, and during my game session it appers 2-3 times in 90minutes of playing. I contacted Razer support, and they directed me to install synappse 3 and follow instructions. But Synappse 3 does not support Kira Por's headset!!! I was so dissapointed... what do I do now? Did anybody found a soulution to this? Please help, i saved 3 months my money just to buy them and I came across a huge dissapoitnment,,,really sad, you - the comunity of Razer are my last hope before I return them and buy new ones. Please help. Cheers.
