Kaira Pro for Xbox mic always on

I just got my new Kaira Pro for Xbox, charged it. Downloaded the app for setting it up on the Xbox. Got it set up, went into COD Warzone and when I’m in group online it shows my mic always on as if I am talking nonstop. The room is quiet, there is no background noise, it is not my breathing, I’ve tried every setting I can find. I’ve spent 3 days on google and Reddit and multiple forums with solutions that haven’t worked for me. This is my last ditch effort to find a solution before I return them. Please help
