Keyboard and Mouse Randomly Disconnecting

When the software Synapse 3 and even the new  Synapse 4 are running, keyboard and Mouse randomly disconnect and rgb shuts off and come back 3-4 seconds after (i can hear the chime noise of usb disconnecting and connecting during this process) If i close synapse, light effects and programmable buttons will not operate but the issue stops.

    I tried the "clean up" procedure with the Razer tool and manually several times, unistall and install Synapse 3 and 4, update devices firmware and plug in different keyboards and mouse. What am i supposed to do now???

    I have all Razer peripheral devices (Mouse - Basilisk Ultimate with charging dock and Atheris, Mat - Goliathus, Keyboard - Ornata V3, Black Widow V3 Pro and Tartarus V2, Headset - Nari Ultimate and Base Station, Sound Bar - Leviathan V2, Camera - Kiyo Pro And Razer Chroma ARGB Dock).

AND THIS IS WHY IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! Razer products AREN'T CHEAP AT ALL!!

Try a powered USB or a high powered USB plug.  I had that problem that my razer hardware was drawing more than the USB can handle and crashing all the time.

I suggest plugging your devices (keyboard, mouse, headset only) into your PC’s rear USB ports (bypass the USB hub if you are using one) and see if the issue persists. You can also try plugging this minimal setup into another computer and check if it still disconnects. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
