I wonder if I am the only one having this problem, because it goes as default, I didn't make any changes. And its crucial.



Whenever I press the specific action button in game (For example - Holding W + Shift to sprint and pressing R to reload) - it will never start reloading action on pressing "R", only when I release it. Also I can add that this delay between pressing and releasing should be very short, either way it won't do reloading at all.



But some buttons/actions have no issues with that. For example - pressing "Shift" immediately activates sprinting, or "Space Bar" immediately makes character jump.



What is cosing this and how to fix that?

Please help.
Is the issue isolated to one game? Did you check its keyboard setting or the Synapse 3 app if there's a keyboard to that key? PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options. Thanks!
