Kiyo camera loose hinge

Hello, a week ago i got Razer Kiyo camera and its absolutley great, the only problem is that camera hinge was very loose out of the box which means that camera does not sit 100% straight when positioned on tripod or screen, its not a huge problem but i dont know if its worth the hassel of contacting support and getting it fixed or replaced here are two short videos where you can see what is the problem So what do you think, should i contact support to get this replaced or should i leave it as is, what do you think about this issue is that a big deal or not?
