Kiyo Image Problems With Zoom

I have been using a Razer Kiyo camera since late 2020 and have had very few issues. The camera worked fine on a Zoom session early last week. When I joined a Zoom session on Friday, the image quickly deteriorated - parts of my face became blurry, there were bands of static across the top of the screen, sometimes parts of the image would turn green, the screen would freeze, then the problem seemed to resolve itself only to quickly started again. Disabling HD support delayed the problem but it still happened. I upgraded the firmware and Synapse without any improvement. I was not able to reproduce the problem with Skype on my laptop. When I tested the camera on another laptop with Zoom, I did not see any issues. Before uninstalling/reinstalling drivers and reinstalling Synapse, I went through the Zoom video options. There were no unexpected settings but on a whim, I turned "Optimize video quality with de-noise" off. That appears to have fixed the problem. However, Zoom on the other laptop also had this setting enabled. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
