KIYO Pro web cam not working with Teams

HI,

I have a KIYO Pro cam that I use with Team.

I have update the camera driver/firmware, I use the latest version of Team (Office 365) on Windows 11 (updated).

My teams meeting start up correct, using the KIYO pro as camera, but after 10 min or so suddenly the camera stops working and I have to switch to the built in web-com.

 

What can be the problem?

Is this a known problem for this camera?

My webcam has been glitching video in Teams since I got it. It’s been replaced four times now, and Razer support has been working on the case for five months with little headway.

Tl;dr, if your primary use case is Teams I would return this webcam and get a different one. My experience has been abysmal.

Thanks for letting me know. 

I turned of HDR, that improved the situation slightly, now I can run about 30 min teams call.

Seems to me like the camera get overheated or something like that…

I cannot return it, be will look for a replacement.

I have experienced the same problem. I put my Razer up for many months and didn’t use it…then pulled it out to try again, but still having the same issue. On other threads, it is recommended to uninstall the Razer software, but no impact in my case. Camera works fine sometimes, but then freezes in Teams. I believe this is an ongoing issue with the Kiyo Pro cam for many years now.
