Ever since I got the headset I had problems. First it was with the sound, crackling and disconnecting, which made my WoW game freeze. After deleting and reinstalling synapse this fixed the issue. But the one issue that hasn’t been fixed is my mic continually disconnecting. I got my BF the same headset, he hasn’t had any issues, but when I use his headset in my PC it’s the same thing. So, it doesn’t appear to be the headset itself, but I think it may be an issue with synapse. This is a new gaming PC with no issues, I’m not sure what’s going on or how to fix this. It’s super frustrating when you’re trying to call out in raid, and then your mic disconnects. I can’t be connected for more than a minute or two, and then my mic just has no sound.
I am having the same issue. All of the past forum posts are closed about it.
The headphone will be connected for a little while, have an audible “pop” and then immediately disconnects the mic from discord and or other apps. This happens WITH Razer synapse installed up to the most recent edition (and a clean re-installation) AND also with third party rgb software installed instead of Synapse.
The more apps that are open on the computer the more frequently it happens. It does not happen on other PCs, just mine.
It’s incredibly frustrating.
