On the right ear of this headset, the RGB sliders will not change the amount of blue being emitted. For most colors this can be barely noticeable but now that all hardware is synced as straight red, this one ear is pink even though the blue and green sliders are set to 0.



Is there a way to reset the Kraken to get the blue RBG "unstuck"? Unfortunately, the warranty expired this past March so I am hoping this can be fixed.
