Hey,

I just noticed this morning that for some reason, the sound in my Kraken TE's is really imbalanced, with the left side being super loud, and the right side being almost silent. I tried to open synapse because I thought I might have messed something up (even thought I didn't do anything) but synapse either gives me "synapse failed to open" or just starts boot looping and asking me to make changes to my device (which I say yes to). I've tried uninstalling synapse and the headphones, using windows to balance them, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, etc. but nothing has worked so far, everything I've found online hasn't worked, and the THX spatial audio button on the USB controller has also stopped working (which I suspect is because of synapse not opening). Not really sure what else to try, so if someone who is more knowledgeable than I am could suggest something that I haven't tried, that would be greatly appreciated.
