I juat bought the kraken v3 pro headset and i am really poaitive about it till now bequase i found something out when i am in a discord call with my friend my haptic feedback keeps viberating. Is there a way to keep this on but not have it in a call bq we are gaming meanwhile and i love it on while gaming.
If so can someone plz help me how to do this or give me any sollusions to this problem

there is a button on the bottom right, this lest you set the intensety from 1 to 3 or off.
tap it short = 1 - 2 - 3 - OFF it will beep shortly when pressed
sadly mine are faulty, the haptic feedback stated to ring when i use it, when i turn it off it is fine.
so i am sending them back. might give the nari’s a try but i fear they might have the same issue
