I just noticed today that the plastic ends on the headband where the adjuster slides are both cracked. After taking a closer look they are made out of a very thin and brittle plastic. Why is it so difficult to get descent quality these days?
Even though its still under warranty I took some Scotch 88 electrical tape and wrapped them both up to reinforce them. I won’t be buying another headset from them if this is how they’re going to build them.
Time to get serious about a replacement.
