I bought a pair of Kraken X headset exactly a year ago (december 22). After 3 month of usage, the headband had cracked where the R in the Razer logo is. I contacted Razer support team, and trough a tedious process (1.5 month before I got my replacement), finally got my replacement headset. I'm really happy with the sound quality, the noise cancelling, and the mic. BUT, today, after 6 month of using the replacement headset, SAME issue. Cracked headband along the R. And now the support site says it's not on warranty anymore. Now i'm a bit pissed about that. Just wanted to vent a bit. Thank you!
