Kraken X Lite 7.1 Surround Sound registration skips the activation code part

I recently bought a pair of Kraken X Lite headset, and while setting up the 7.1 surround sound software, I dont get the prompt to enter the code for the activation of the software and even after it pops up that there is a 7.1 surround sound device and 7.1 surround sound jack, I can’t get it to work, please help.
