I brought home the kraken x for console for my sons Nintendo switch. The microphone is not working. We’ve reviewed all of our settings both on the switch and on Fortnite. It should be working. This is the second kraken x we’ve had. I just exchanged the last one because we were having the same issue and I assumed the microphone was broken.
though it is brand new purchased from Best Buy the razer website states my warranty has expired for this device so I can’t assess support there. Feeling very stuck, please help!
