I just got my Kraken X headset for a year, and yeaterday a part was broken. It says on the box and your websit that the product comes with 2 year of warranty, but after I entered the seriel number, the websit was telling me that it dosen’t have any warranty anymore. Can anyone help me with it? I dont think Razer could make this kind of mistake being such a large compay. my S/N is: AC2128D10507951.
