Kraken X wired headset doesnt work when plugged in since i installed the razer software.
So I got a new razer headset a while back but i never installed the software that came with it as I didnt need it.
recently I got a razer mouse and installed the software this time for the customisable mouse DPI and other settings. The programme came with all the other ones as well and since then, my headset stopped working and said that i needed to activate surround sound however its been a long time now since i got it so i have lost it. how do i fix this.
P.S. I have tried getting a new activation code online but when I type it in, it doesnt work. its says that it is invalid.
